saturday was superbly fun!!
in the morning i met up with da band to try do some music. hmm. writing songs are so much more difficult than i thought it would be!!! no inspiration and it's tough cos our tastes in music are so different.
anyway, after that, it was meeting my dearest 06 peeps. so many of them left already, another half leaving. can u spell PANGSEH any better. pfft. we had a really weird dinner? was that even dinner? jiayi n i shared a pack of californian rolls, honey pork ribs and cups of ice lemon tea! they're.. EHEM. REFILLABLE.
later i had cravings for kueh tutu so i bought a pack to eat!
the night's still young! jojo, amy, kok n i went to vivo city. we bought hooch & barcardi & heineken (for kok) from 7/11 and sat at the open air area (what's it called again?) for chillaxation!!
look at jo's red face! HAHA. she couldn't walk in a straight line after drowning 2 bottles.

i think my taste for music has altered tremendously since secondary school, or maybe even before that.
Now, to introduce some really inspirational music figures!
And this my lovely brit! you don't really hear him much, he doesn't have records, but his 2 songs from What A Girl Wants just robbed my heart! he actually learnt to play the guitar only for the show and he co-wrote the 2 songs; long time coming & greatest story ever told. it doesn't hurt that he's so cute too! you'd never guess he's actually 28 this year. he looks 20!
Going back in time, I really like Jason Mraz. he's so witty he plays around with words like how kids play with their food. Mr. A to Z spells MRAZ if you did not know.my favourite song of his for now would be I'm Yours. It's so simple it's nice. 
Teddy Geiger! i was crazy over him for a period of time in sec sch. he's really talented. he plays almost every instrument in the band; he played piano at the age of 8 the guitar at 12, and wrote his first song at 10. and to top that, he's only 20!!! that's 2 years older than i?
i don't think people will remember gavin degraw as much as they'd know the 'One Tree Hill theme song'. he doesn't have many records but performs more live which i think is very difficult to do and sing well. but the recordings of his live performances are amazing! =) 
another english man!!! james morrison's voice is so different. it's like husky and soulful. I like soul. he's dueting with jason mraz in the new album We Sing, We Dance, We Steal things! what a cool album name. 
I know you know One Republic through Apologize but go listen to their other songs! they're really nice!!! how come Dreaming Out Loud isn't publicised? it's the bomb. it sounds really. erm. deep. like you're in a dream. that's why i love that song!
AHHH...you know when you stare into Jason Castro's eyes, you'd melt into a pool of goo. he's so shy he's cute. i love his music. it's so... chillex. like you're living on a country side where cows gnaw at grass all day and people spend time sitting on a rocking chair by the porch playing a banjo. i wouldn't that sort of life. truly!

The kooks! they're so indie. they're really inspirational cos they write songs that are so out of the box and meaningful when they're so young. i've been stuck to Naive for some reason. this must be the mo music bug.
